MJK FITNESS - Is a fitness class that utilizes kickboxing, calisthenics, stretch, and full body aerobic movement, that provides a motivational oriented approach making staying fit fun! Fitness is led by Kente Blount, certified instructor and coach.
YOGA - is creative, holistic approach that addresses the physical, emotional, social, and spiritual aspects of the child, and supports their natural development in a safe, creative, and fun environment. The introduction of the Yoga poses (asanas) and breathing exercises (pranayama) help to manage stress establishing optimal physiological and psychological integrity. ZUMBA - Is a high energy cardio dance program adapted for individuals with special needs. Headed by Suzanne Schwarz, certified Zumba instructor and behavior specialist, the classes provide another fun option for kids and adults to dance. Zumba is adaptive to the needs of the participants.
