MarbleJam Kids is an authorized service provider for children, youth, and adults with disabilities and special needs including mental health challenges.

Summer Camp Programs:
You must request a confirmation letter from MarbleJam Kids to be submitted to your case manager in advance of PerformCare deadline.  Please contact your case manager directly for information. MarbleJam Kids will not provide letters after the due date. For all approved for camp funding support,PerformCare sends funds directly to the organization upon completion of camp. Reimbursement will be provided by MJKids upon receipt of funds.

If you have a child 20 years of age or younger and are interested in funding for summer camp, information about summer camp financial support and how to apply for a one-to-one aide for the 2015 camp season will be available on PerformCare’s website. The application forms for financial support toward summer camp tuition and a one-to-one aide are due by April 30.

PerformCare administers services for The Department of Children and Families (DCF) which serves individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities 20 years of age and younger.
